QUALITY ASSURENCE DEPARTMENT
The quality assurance department, with its qualified staff and high quality
precision-measuring systems has been designed to ensure first quality products
to its customers and is regarded as the most important division of the plant.
It’s one of the main reasons for our customers to give us their preference.
In this department the raw materials and all parts are checked carefully during
all the various production phases up to the delivery of the parts to our customers.
This leads to achieve a continuous quality control and a full customer’s satisfaction.
Our goal is to even improve further the work carried out by this department to always
produce precision parts and to provide the best possible services to our customer, as
we are aware that ‘’this is what makes the difference!’’
The quality control methods used at TEFAÞ during the various production phases are FMEA (AMDEC),
SPC, CAM, MSA, CMC, APQP (ANPQP) PPAP, TAG-N, Pareto synthesis, etc.
This quality techniques and following systems are being performed with the aid of
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) program.
(The KALEDATA software consist of MRP (Material Requirement Planning Modules too.)
The main function of the quality assurance department is to provide unconditional
customer satisfaction. The quality control department works independently by using
equipments of the highest standards. Their duty is to give full and continuous satisfaction to all our customers.
